Kim Kardashian and Kanye West “definitely” want to add more kids to their family.

After welcoming daughter North West in 2013 and son Saint West in 2015, Kardashian and her rapper husband are ready for another baby and during a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Kardashian said that she hoped another child would arrive soon.

“There have been a lot of things said, and Kanye and I have not confirmed anything. We’re definitely trying. We are hoping so,” Kardashian said during the interview.

As fans may have heard, rumors have been swirling in recent months which suggest that Kardashian and her husband have hired a surrogate to carry their third child. In fact, a report shared by TMZ in June suggested that the couple had paid their reported surrogate $45,000 in 10 monthly installments of $4,500 as well as a $68,850 upfront deposit to the surrogacy agency.

“Kim has formed a tight bond with her surrogate. Kim likes to text, talk, and Facetime daily so she can really feel connected to her,” a source close to the couple told Hollywood Life later that month. “Kim likes to have regular, up-to-the-minute updates on the surrogate’s health, diet and rest schedule. If she is feeling happy or sad, Kim wants to know about it. She is determined to be as helpful as possible.”

Kardashian and West have been facing rumors of a possibly impending split ever since they endured a couple of rough moments at the end of last year, including Kardashian being robbed in Paris and West suffering a breakdown in Los Angeles.
