Demi Lovato was seen hanging out with an old flame - Wilmer Valderrama.

The X Factor judge was spotted shopping for furniture at Urban Home in California on June 7 along with the actor, who is 13 years her senior, according to PerezHilton.com.

This isn't the first time, however, the two were seen together following their breakup. The actor had visited The X Factor set in November 2012. Lovato and Valderrama reportedly dated back in 2010, around the same time when the singer entered rehab. On Lovato's new album Demi, which was released on May 14, the star sings emotional tunes that some believe may be aimed for Valderama.

On the slow-paced track Shouldn't Come Back, she sings, "Maybe you shouldn't come back, tired of being so sad, tired of getting so mad, baby, stop right now, you'll only let me down."

Aside from the sad tunes, she told United Kingdom's Cosmopolitan in February that she's in a different place now when it comes to relationships.

"I'm in a place where I can finally trust and love and be a better person for the man I am in a relationship with, instead of being a clingy girlfriend or getting jealous," the 20-year-old said. "It is very unhealthy when girls devote all of their time to a guy and forget their friends and family. I did that. I was always looking for distractions because I was so afraid of being alone."

She may have received some some backlash on Twitter from fans following her appearance with Valderrama, but she didn't overreact.

"I will be completely open with my fans about things they can benefit insight and wisdom from. My true fans understand that - I love you," she wrote on Twitter on June 8, a day after she was seen with the actor.
