Dean McDermott surprised his wife Tori Spelling by getting inked in a "very intimate spot." 

Spelling revealed that her husband of seven years got a second tattoo dedicated to the reality star.

"O-M-G ... My husband Dean just surprised me w/ hottest 'Tori' tattoo in an unbelievably intimate spot," she tweeted on Saturday, June 8. "I'm blown away!" 

Clearly that's for Spelling's eyes only. 

McDermott was spotted leaving a tattoo parlor in Canada last Thursday. 

The couple both share a love of tattoos and have several different designs on their bodies. Spelling, 40, has some writing etched on the left side of her body while Dean collection includes an image of his famous wife above his elbow. 

The couple have been married for seven years, and have four children together -- Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 20 months, and Finn, 9 months.
