Oscar award-winning actress Emma Stone revealed that she has been suffering from anxiety from a very early age. She talked about it on "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert". She had come to promote her new film, "Battle of the Sexes," and she began speaking about how she battled as a child with her own issues.She shared that she was into therapy from the age of 7, reported Today

She opened up saying that she was a very anxious child and her parents helped her through it and the best help was provided to her by therapy. And since that time her views on therapy has expanded she said. Acting helped her a lot and she said till date she has anxiety but no panic attack anymore.

It is not just Stone but other stars like Kristen Bell and Ryan Reynolds, have shared their own struggles with anxiety, and Colbert told her that he is also well versed with it as he experienced it. In May, as part of a campaign with charity Child Mind, Stone shared her experience in details and how she managed to cope with the help of "great therapists and great cognitive behavioural tools."

The 28-year-old actress began her career as a member of the Valley Youth Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona. There was no looking back for her from there and she proved herself to be a very talented star. She won the Oscars for the leading role in the movie La La land. The actress has done a wide range of movies like Superbad, Zombieland (2009), Crazy, Stupid, Love. (2011)Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009), The Rocker (2008), Birdman for which she was nominated in the category of Best Supporting Actress.The super talented actress has been shining bright despite all her anxiety issues.

 Stone earlier had said that her role model has been Diana Keaton. Stone has proved to be a fine actress since the beginning of her acting career. She is emerging as one of the biggest movie stars of our times. Her upcoming film is " Battle of the Sexes", a film about the 1973 exhibition match between Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs. She will be playing Billie Jean King in the movie.
