Actress Tori Spelling has settled things out with restaurant chain Benihana and reports suggest that the latter paid her some cash in order to settle the legal battle. The two reached a settlement in her lawsuit, in which she had alleged that she slipped and fell on one of their hibachi grills at the Encino and suffered deep second and third-degree burn injuries, reported The Daily Mail.

The incident happened in 2015 when Spelling was enjoying a family meal with her on Easter Sunday when she allegedly tripped and fell onto the hot hibachi which is used to prepare food in front of several customers. Pictures of her surfaced, leaving the restaurant looking terrible with pain due to the injury. That is when she sued the chain of restaurants and after two years the dispute has been finally settled. The pictures revealed Spelling having a bandage when she left the place.

Her husband Dean McDermott had said that it was an unfortunate incident and when asked if they would take any action against the restaurant he said that he did not know about that.

Eyewitnesses say that she was enjoying her food with hubby Dean McDermott, and their children when the Beverly Hills 90210 actress tripped and fell onto a hot Japanese style grill used to prepare food.She screamed out in pain and ended up having a huge burn on her right arm. According to sources the actress only sought medical help a day after when her doctor asked her to get going with an immediate treatment at the Grossman Burn Center in West Hills, California.

Spelling started her career at the age of six later at the age of 17, she played the part of Donna Martin in the very popular series "Beverly Hills 90210". She was nominated for two Young Artist Awards for her role in the show. In 2010 the actress released her third book, which was called "Uncharted Territory". In the book, she said that she loves sharing her stories and experiences and also like connecting to people on humorous and emotional levels. The book got an amazing response from fans.
