Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's kiss at the closing ceremony of the Invictus Games has caught everyone's attention at the moment. Their first kiss in public on Saturday became the highlight of the weeklong event leading to speculations that they might be engaged.

Harry was initially sitting next to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's wife Sophie Trudeau before sitting next to his girlfriend Markle. The couple was spotted engaging in public display of affection, breaching royal protocol. Harry and Markle locked lips during the game when they sat in the darkened VIP box.

They also made their first public appearance at the beginning of Invictus. The couple held hands after they had a friendly conversation with fellow attendees in the stands, according to People Magazine.

Markle's mother Doria Radlan also accompanied the couple at the closing ceremony of the Invictus Games event. The closing ceremony saw Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, his wife Sophie Gregoire Trudeau and former US Vice President Joe Biden handed out medals to the winners.

The event, which was held at Toronto from 23rd to 30th of September 2017  was the third edition of the Invictus Games. The next event will be held in Sydney, Australia from 20-27th of October in 2018.

Before the closing ceremony, Harry in his speech congratulated the athletes over their performance and wished them success. He was also overwhelmed with their achievements throughout the seven days of the event.

"Don't just move on from these games with happy memories. Instead, make an Invictus Goal for yourselves. Let the examples of service and resilience that you have seen inspire you to take action to improve something big or small in your life, for your family, or in your community. It doesn't matter how big or small your step is - just take it," Harry said addressing the crowd.

"Let's create a ripple effect of the Invictus spirit across our Nations that will be the real legacy of this extraordinary week."
