Naya Rivera has spoken out after it was reported that she cancelling her divorce from her husband, Ryan Dorsey.

“It is what it is, but I’m glad that my family is together,” she told PEOPLE at the Point Honors Los Angeles Gala over the weekend. It was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Rivera,30, went on to say that calling off the divorce was “a personal decision.”

She then dished on the two-year-old son she and Dorsey have together.

“He is so cute,” she added. “I’ve been showing everyone this one video of him in particular. He is a singer – he got it from me. He’s full-on singing into this microphone, and it is the sweetest thing ever. He really is musically inclined. And he’s not shy.”

Rivera filed for divorce last November. She later wanted to dismiss the divorce but it’s not clear why.

One insider did confirm they “want to make it work for the sake of their son.”

She has in the past credited she and Dorsey for their ability to co-parent despite their marital woes.

“It’s always going to have its challenges logistically, but Josey is our priority. If everybody looks at it that way, it alleviates some of the drama. Doing what’s best for Josey is really what it all boils down to.”

Fans might remember Rivera tied the knot with Dorsey in a secret wedding in 2014.
