Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and actress Dakota Johnson seem to have become very close as they were spotted dining together at a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles according to a report by People. Apparently, they were having a cozy dinner and were laughing and it appeared to be a very affectionate affair. However, the representatives of the two have not confirmed the same but could they actually be dating?

The 40-year-old rockstar was dating British actress Annabelle Wallis in 2015. The singer and his actress wife Gwyneth Paltrow had split after 10 years of marriage and he shares two children with her. The romance between Wallis and Martin intensified when his divorce with Paltrow was finalized in 2017. The two were first seen dancing away and holding hands in the streets of Paris. There were rumors that the couple wore engagement ring while shopping together. Unfortunately, the romance did not last long as Martin was seen getting cozy with Katy Perry and Dua Lipa at the Glastonbury Festival 2017.Wallis had also given her vocals on the Coldplay album " A Head Full of Dreams". The vocals also included that of ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow as well as Beyonce, Blue Ivy, Noel Gallagher and Tove Lo. After the album was released Martin told the Rolling Stone, "Everyone who got asked to sing on our album has an important part in our lives."

There were various reports earlier doing the rounds that the "50 shades" actress Johnson was dating Jon Hamm of Mad Men fame. A source said that the 28-year-old was enjoying a couple of drinks with the actor and this was after Hamm hosted the Brooklyn Black Tie Ball. The duo seemed to be having a lot of fun said an eyewitness. The duo was also seen in April at Elton John's 70th birthday party. Johnson had split from rocker boyfriend Matthew Hitt in 2016 and since then she has been single.

The talented actress shot to fame after she played Anastasia Steele in the erotic romantic drama "Fifty Shades of Grey" for which she won the People's Choice Award for Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress and also earned her a nomination for the BAFTA Rising Star Award.
