Robert Pattinson Is 'Crushed' After Splitting With Fiancee FKA Twigs

The "Twilight" actor Robert Pattinson has been going through a difficult time after the split with fiancée FKA Twigs. As the couple have been together and were madly in love since September 2014, the break up is seemingly tearing up Robert's heart. "Rob is shocked and devastated over the split with his fiancée," an insider told The Hollywood Life.

Rob has been desperately trying for this relationship to work as he really loved FKA. He thought that by protecting their privacy and keeping things more secretive would make their bond stronger and lasting.However, by shielding their relationship, creating boundaries and not letting people in, the situation has become worse for the couple. And now that their engagement is off, Robert is "crushed".

"He felt FKA was his soulmate and he is wondering if he will ever get it right," a source from The Hollywood Life said.

"He does feel like he has grown, matured, learned a lot about himself and what he wants thanks to FKA", further added the source.

The rumors of their break-up have been doing rounds since sources reported that they have not been spending enough time with each other.

Robert,31, has been occupied shooting for his new sci-fi flick and he was reportedly spotted having a private dinner with Katy Perry,32.Meanwhile, FKA Twigs has been in London working on her highly awaited sophomore album and she added fuel to break-up rumors when she was photographed without her huge engagement ring.

"They were almost inseparable for their first two years together," a source reportedly told The Sun on Oct. 11. The source added that in the recent months the duo have really started to drift apart and have been spending less and less time together. And Robert tired of everything called off their engagement and told friends they have split.

There is so much history between them they are still strong undue feelings between them which have led Robert to react this way.
