Angelina Jolie stepped out on the red carpet this weekend for an appearance at the premiere of The Breadwinner at the TCL Chinese 6 Theater in Los Angeles and immediately garnered backlash for what appeared to be a substantial weight loss.

As her divorce from Brad Pitt continues, Jolie and her daughters, 12-year-old Zahara and 11-year-old Shiloh posed for photographers before watching the new film at the Hollywood venue.

“Her arms and entire frame looked very thin at the event in the fashionable dress that was teamed with tan heels,“ Radar Online revealed to readers on October 21.

Jolie's appearance comes on the heels of reports claiming she is highly upset after hearing a rumor about her estranged husband moving on from their marriage with much younger actress Ella Purnell, 21, who is set to star in his Starz series Sweetbitter.

“Angelina’s heard the buzz about him being interested in this actress and it’s not sitting well with her,” a source revealed to Hollywood Life. “The girl is so young, she’s barely in her twenties for heaven’s sake. She’s been assured by a number of people that there’s nothing to the rumors but it’s still got her pretty upset. The age gap is the biggest factor. She’d be incredibly disappointed in Brad if he went down that road.”

News of Pitt and Purnell's alleged romance was first shared by In Touch Weekly magazine. 

“He’s so enchanted,” an insider told the magazine. “Brad had Ella in mind from the get-go. He went out of his way to cast her [and] Ella is incredibly flattered by all the attention she’s getting from Brad. She’s told friends he’s always been her No. 1 celebrity crush.”
