David Foster and Yolanda Hadid announced their plans for divorce nearly two years ago.

As fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will recall, the couple's marriage began facing troubles during filming on season six and on Dec. 1, 2015, the same day that the sixth season premiered on Bravo, they confirmed the end of their four-year marriage.

Prior to their breakup, Hadid had been experiencing serious health issues due to a Lyme disease diagnosis she received just months after getting married. After their breakup, she suggested that it was her illness that led to the end of her marriage to Foster.

Hadid also spoke of the end of her marriage in her recently released book, Believe Me: My Battle with the Invisibility of Lyme Disease, claiming that Foster was too busy with his career to give her much support during their marriage. She even claimed to have been suicidal at one point during their relationship due to the pain she felt because of her Lyme disease.

During his latest interview, Foster said he had no ill will towards his former wife, even after hearing what she had to say in the tell-all memoir.

"Yolanda had to write a book about her journey with her disease. In a way, I was a little bit of a drive by shooting in the book, but uhm, we’re all good now," he explained to the Daily Mail on Oct. 31. "She’s happy, she’s healthy. She’s with her kids in New York, she’s on her farm. In a ten year, nine-year relationship you can find ten bad things to say about anybody."

"And it’s a little disappointing that she went there a few times but the main thing is she’s happy, she’s healthy and her and I are good," he added.

During their 10-year relationship, Foster and Hadid lived together in Malibu, Calif. with her three model children, Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid, who she shares with first husband Mohamed Hadid.

Also during his interview with the Daily Mail, Foster was faced with the recent rumors regarding his potential dating relationship with former American Idol contestant Katharine McPhee.

"Katherine and I have known each other since Idol, since she was twenty-one, and we’ve worked together and you know she’s super successful and people can just be friends," he said.

He then quickly asked the outlet for the next question.
