Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are reportedly struggling to co-parent their six kids, including 16-year-old Maddox, 13-year-old Pax, 12-year-old Zahara, 11-year-old Shiloh, and 9-year-old Vivienne and Knox.

Jolie and Pitt are over a year into their split but despite their efforts to remain a team with their children, a source claims they are currently at war over their arrangement for the upcoming holidays.

“Brad has been frustrated over locking down Thanksgiving plans with his children and the other upcoming holidays with his ex Angelina,” a source close to the actor told Hollywood Life on Nov. 10. “Brad is desperate to spend quality time with his children during the upcoming holiday season. Thanksgiving is special to Brad and his children because they have a lot of tradition that he wants to keep alive for them.”

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in September of last year and for the past 14 months, the children have not been seen with their father at all. While Pitt has reportedly been spending time with his children in private, they are always with their mother when they are seen enjoying time out in Los Angeles.

The children have even been seen on numerous red carpets in recent months but during the events, their mother has been at their side. As fans may have seen, the Jolie-Pitt children attended several red carpet premieres earlier this year, including the premiere of The Breadwinner and First They Killed My Father.

As Jolie and Pitt get closer to the holidays, the actress has reportedly been doing her best to dodge her estranged husband and instead chooses to give his calls to her assistants.

“Angie never gets back to Brad in a timely manner and lately they have been only talking through assistants,” the insider said. “As if Thanksgiving plans were not difficult enough to nail down, the entire holiday schedule has become a tense negotiation between the pair. Angie wants to take the kids out of the country for some of the holidays and Brad is still trying to finalize plans for turkey.”

In the 14 months since his split from Jolie, Pitt has been linked to a number of women, including actress Ella Purnell, who will reportedly be starring in his new Starz series Sweetbitter. That said, the actor has not confirmed that he is in a romance with Purnell or anyone else.
