Bella Hadid recently stunned on the runway of the 2017 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and before the event, she reportedly received a special gift from her former boyfriend.

According to a new report, Hadid may have gotten an extra boost of confidence ahead of her catwalk appearance in Shanghai, China, when her ex-boyfriend, The Weeknd, reportedly sent her a bouquet of flowers.

“Bella loved every minute of the show, and she looked absolutely stunning. The event went off without a hitch, and it was a raging success. Bella was on a high the whole night,” the source told Hollywood Life.

“Abel sent her a gorgeous, huge bouquet of flowers along with a super sweet note telling her how amazing she is and how proud of her he is,” the insider continued.

The Weeknd And Bella Hadid Romance

Hadid and The Weeknd dated for about two years before calling it quits on their relationship in November 2016, just weeks before they both appeared at the 2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show — Hadid as a model and the Weeknd as a performer.

Following the show, The Weeknd went public with a new relationship with Selena Gomez and continued to date the 25-year-old "Bad Liar" singer until weeks ago, when Gomez suddenly reconciled with Justin Bieber.

Weeks after Gomez and Bieber's reunion, The Weeknd seemingly followed suit with his ex-girlfriend and reunited with his own ex, Hadid, in New York City. That said, it is hard to tell whether or not the couple is officially back together at this point in time.

Last week, another source spoke to Hollywood Life, revealing that while Hadid may still have feelings for the musician, she was treading lightly when it came to a possible reconciliation.

Bella Hadid Cautious With The Weeknd

"Bella is being extra cautious with her heart as she slowly allows Abel back into her life,” the insider explained. “She has been testing the waters with him to see if their chemistry is still strong, and it seems to her that the attraction still exists. However, a lot has to happen before Bella considers rekindling what was once so wonderful between them. Bella feels it will take time before she can trust Abel again.”

The source went on to say that while Hadid does have strong feelings for The Weeknd, they are going to have to do a lot of talking before a potential future reconciliation.
