Lala Kent has never been one to hold back but when it comes to her past comments about Katie Maloney, she does have some regrets.

Lala Kent Regrets Body Shaming

As she and her co-stars prepare for the upcoming premiere of Vanderpump Rules Season 6, Kent reflected on the previous seasons of the show and admitted that her insidious comments to Maloney were the ones she regrets the most.

"I regret the body shaming more than anything," Kent explained during an interview with In Touch Weekly. "I was so obliterated that night and I just... I'm a girl's girl. So, for me to sink to that level, my mother was not proud. I was not proud. That is my biggest regret of last season because that is not the person I am."

Spreading Body Positivity

These days, Kent is all about spreading body positivity and recently attended Amber Rose's "S**twalk" in Los Angeles to take a stand against the negative labels that are often placed upon women.

"I'm just really into making every woman feel uplifted and positive about who they are and hopefully, they can go and make the next female feel the exact same way," she explained.

During her first two seasons of Vanderpump Rules, Season 4 and Season 5, Kent got into quite a lot of disputes with her co-stars, including Kristen Doute and Stassi Schroeder. Kent revealed to In Touch Weekly, things between her and her co-stars are much different.

"It really feels great. I don't like having enemies," she said. "It doesn't feel good when you walk in the door and see someone and it's like, automatically you have a pit in your stomach. So, not everybody is getting along but for me, myself, I had a very positive season."

That said, Kent noted that there are always challenges that arise when dealing with a group of people who have bold personalities.

After temporarily quitting Vanderpump Rules last year, Kent was estranged from the majority of her co-stars. However, Scheana Marie, Ariana Madix, and Lisa Vanderpump welcomed her back to the group and made sure she was okay. Because of this, Kent chose to attend the season five reunion special.
