Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville said she is tired of fighting publicly with LeAnn Rimes, while suggesting that the singer might be keeping their feud alive to help her music career thrive.

Rimes' new album Spitfire was released earlier in June. As she appeared on talk shows to promote the album, she was asked about her relationship with husband Eddie Cibrian and his ex-wife, Glanville. The latter on Monday took to Twitter to speaking about what things are really like between herself and the country star.

Glanville said she is not at war with Rimes, but hinted to the fact that "someone" may be using their supposed feud for publicity.

"I'm not in a fight or twitter war with anyone," she tweeted, before adding, "I wish someone would stop doing interviews about me. Maybe I'm a storyline to boost a career."

She then explained to a Twitter follower, "It's hard when you log onto your timeline, and it's all about these interviews. I wish all well."

Rimes recent album sales may not be as high as she would have liked. Released in the U.S. June 4, the singer's 12th CD debuted at No. 36, selling a disappointing 10,798 copies. The record did, however, land at No. 9 on Billboard's Top Country Album chart.

Rimes discusses her affair with Cibrian, which tore apart his marriage to Glanville, in her song Borrowed. The singer said writing and releasing the song was cathartic, according to Us Weekly.

"It was the elephant in the room; I had to talk about it," she explained. "There's no glamorizing the situation. I was disgusted with myself and thought I was pathetic. But now that I'm on the other side, I'm proud of who I am."
