Johnny Depp's ex Vanessa Paradis is reportedly not too happy with the new woman in his life.

"Vanessa doesn't care for Amber at all. She's convinced Amber's trying to get her hooks into Johnny and his money by getting him to propose. But Vanessa doesn't believe it's going to last, and that's why she's against Johnny marrying Amber," a source reportedly told ShowBizSpy.com on June 14.

The source added, "Vanessa thinks he's smitten because Amber's so exotic and says he'll grow tired of her. But before he does, he just might pop the question, and that's the last thing Vanessa wants."

In fact, another source reportedly told the Daily Mail in June that when Depp first saw Heard he felt like he was "seeing an old-time movie star like Lauren Bacall."

The Rum Diary co-stars have been reportedly dating since 2011. The two were also seen having dinner together in Los Angeles in May, reported E! Online. Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards also accompanied the couple.

Still, despite the bitter words the alleged source claims Paradis said about Heard, the French star and mother of Depp's two children, did not bad mouth her soon to be ex in an interview with Harper's Bazaar in 2012.

"Love is the strongest and most fragile thing we have in life," she said just two days before the couple was to announce a separation. "Nothing is ever for sure, but when something in love doesn't work from the beginning, it's never going to work. Don't push it."

Depp and Paradis had been together for 14 years before their break up. They have two children Lily Rose and Jack.
