Meghan Markle and Prince Harry just made the anticipation for their wedding even greater with the release of their engagement photos.

The former Suits star, wore a stunning, sheer designer dress, while Harry wore a suit. (The joys of being a man!) As expected, Markle took over the photos with her dress that totally broke tradition. What else is new?

The $75,000 sheer gown was designed by British label, Ralph & Russo and was privately purchased by the palace. The label is owned by Australian couple Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo. The couple specializes in elaborate dresses that are decked out in crystals, feathers, and ruffles.

Ralph & Russo's handmade pieces can take up to 3,000 hours to create. Markle's sheer garment is from the label's AW16 collection. The dress is definitely one of the riskiest outfits worn in an official royal photograph. If worn as it is, it would be an entirely sheer top, but modest Markle appears to have worn a nude bodysuit underneath.

Royal Nuptials

The Royal Highness and Ms. Markle will tie the knot on May 19, 2018 at St. George's Chapel at the Windsor Castle. While there is no confirmation as to who will be the lucky designer to design Markle's gown for her big day, rumors swirled when sketches of a potential dress were released. On Monday, TMZ released three sketches from Israeli designer, Inbal Dror.

Markle and Harry continue to break tradition as they may not opt for the traditional fruit cake. The pair loves bananas and may choose the fruit since they love the taste.

It seems as though the only tradition that Markle won't break is having her family involved with her nuptials. A source told Entertainment Tonight, that the soon-to-be princess wants to uphold tradition and have her father walk her down the aisle. Markle is able to invite whomever she wishes.

The guest list will include most of her family members and friends. Although there is no word on who else will be in attendance, reports say that celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey will possibly attend the royal wedding.
