Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will soon be parents to three children.
After conceiving two children of their own, including 4-year-old North and 2-year-old Saint, Kardashian and West enlisted the help of a surrogate to carry their third child, a baby girl, who is expected to arrive sometime in the coming weeks.
Now, as fans await the child's arrival, many are wondering if Kardashian will take a page out of her mother Kris Jenner's book and chose a "K" name for her kids.
“Kim has been tight-lipped even to family about the name, but the word among friends is it’s already picked out!” an insider told Hollywood Life on Dec. 31. “It will very much be in keeping with the theme of short noun names.”
As for a potential "K" name, the insider said that Kardashian has already confirmed that her third child's name will not start with a "K." The source also said that she wasn't a fan of West's first choice for their baby's name, and West wasn't a fan of her choice. So, rather than butt heads in their baby's name, they reportedly settled on a compromise.
“Kim is getting antsy and she would have loved to have her new baby for Christmas and she is feeling very eager to start being a new mom again,” an insider previously told Hollywood Life. “She is so looking forward to all the firsts that she misses from Saint and North who have already gone through that process. The excitement is at a fever pitch right now to get that baby home and healthy and ready to be loved upon. She can’t wait for the surrogate’s birth process to start, she was ready months ago!”
While Kardashian and West have not publicly announced their child's due date, rumors claim the baby could arrive by the end of this month.
