A lawsuit filed by Angelina Jolie's former stunt double revealed that Brad Pitt and Jolie reportedly posed as a married couple and checked into a hotel during the time they were filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith in 2005, according to Cosmopolitan

British native Eunice Huthart is suing Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, claiming that the company obtained this information by hacking into her phone. She is accusing a private investigator named Glenn Muclaire of retrieving her voicemails to get this private information in 2004 and 2005. Muclaire worked for Murdoch's tabloid and was imprisoned in 2007 in Britain for phone hacking, according to RadarOnline.

The website also reported that Huthart was one of the only people who was aware of an affair between Pitt and Jolie while on set of the 2005 film Mr. & Mrs. Smith. The only other people who knew were the stars' bodyguards and private assistants. After Huthart's phone was hacked, information about the couple leaked into the tabloid The Sun

Aside from the couple's hotel stay, the tabloid also released information regarding a motorbike ride that Jolie and Pitt were to take. The motorbike ride was arranged by Huthart.

Huthart, who was a stunt double for Jolie for more than 10 years and also a close friend, is the godmother of Jolie and Pitt's daughter Shiloh. She was the stunt double for Jolie's films, including Tomb Raider 2, Beyond Borders and Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

This information Huthart is suing for would indicate that Pitt was in fact having an affair while married to actress Jennifer Aniston. The two ended their marriage in 2005 after being together for seven years.

"We happily remain committed and caring friends with great love and admiration for one another," Pitt had said about Aniston in a statement in 2006.
