Jane Fonda might have thought she had to face her ongoing feud with Megyn Kelly alone, but she thought wrong.

Former Today show host Ann Curry has come to her defense.

On Tuesday, while appearing on The View, Curry slammed Kelly over her decision to blast Fonda on air.

"We're supposed to use whatever time we're given to shine a light on other stories. I mean there are so many other stories that we're not covering. And to take the time with this -- this is not journalism," Curry stated

As previously reported, Kelly decided to clapback at Jane Fonda during her show on Monday.

In September 2017, Fonda appeared on Megyn Kelly Today to promote a film about aging. During the interview, Kelly asked Fonda about why she had not been so open about having plastic surgery.

"We really want to talk about that now?" Fonda replied.

Since the incident, the actress had responded and stated that she felt as though it was a weird question to ask and that Kelly was not a good interviewer.

On Monday, Kelly fired back at Fonda explaining that it was time to address the "poor me routine."

Kelly explained that she had no regrets about the question and that Fonda has no business lecturing anyone on what qualifies as offensive.

Curry also explained that she felt Kelly's actions reflected poorly on NBC and the Today Show in general, but the decision is really what the viewers will accept and not accept.

Curry wasn't the only The View panelist to chime in on the Kelly and Fonda feud. Joy Behar stated that dragging the Vietnam War into a plastic surgery conversation was a stretch.

On Monday, during Kelly's three-minute rant about Fonda, she called out the actress for her comments during the Vietnam War, which earned her the nickname "Hanoi Jane."

The View's Meghan McCain has always been open about her thoughts on Kelly. McCain agreed and explained that there are way more interesting topics that Kelly could be covering.
