Sean Lowe and Catherine Giuidici are considering a new twist for their bachelor and bachelorette parties--the couple may combine their events and have one big pre-wedding party attended by both exes.

"Whatever me and my guy friends decide to do or whatever they plan for me, it'll be a blast," Lowe told HollywoodLife reporter Chloe Melas on VH1's GossipTable. "We've kicked around the idea of maybe having a joint bachelor/bachelorette parties. It's a good way to stay out of trouble, so I wouldn't be opposed to it."

Lowe said their joint party "would not involve female strippers."

After Lowe was eliminated during week 8 of ABC's Dancing with the Stars last month, he shared his only request to Giudici regarding the wedding planning.

"I'm a smart man, I know the wedding is all about the woman, he told E! News. So I'm going to let her take care of most of it and when she wants my opinion, she'll ask for it." "The only thing I've told her is I want it to be a big party. I want to have fun, family and friends coming together to celebrate, so I think we're going to accomplish that."

Giudici appeared on Good Morning America  with Lowe last week and was asked to divulge details about their wedding plans. She shocked GMA co-anchor Lara Spencer when she admitted she had yet to plan anything.

"I was never that girl to think about wedding-day details," Giudici, a graphic designer from Seattle, told Spencer. "We are thinking about having it in California and that's pretty much the extent of it at this point."

During Lowe's run on Dancing With The Stars Season 17, the show's host Tom Bergeron revealed the time frame for the couple's wedding. According to Bergeron, the big day is set for the month of August this year, and he confirmed that it will be televised.

"My understanding is that the marriage ceremony of Sean and Catherine [Giudici] is scheduled to be broadcast on ABC in August, Bergeron said, before he announced this week's elimination.

Lowe must have been unaware that Bergeron would slip the news. When the show's cameras turned to the reality star, he looked shocked and immediately looked at his dance partner, Peta Murgatroyd, for a reaction.
