Shannon Beador is reportedly on the hunt for spousal support from her estranged husband, David, and also wants custody of their three daughters.

According to a new report, the Real Housewives of Orange County star, who has been spending tons of quality time with 16-year-old Sophie and 13-year-old twins Stella and Adeline in recent weeks, has asked for a continuance with her ongoing custody issues with David.

On Jan. 29, Radar Online revealed that Shannon and David Beador were expected to appear in court with each other last week to discuss her request for spousal support and child support during a custody hearing on the matter. However, at the last minute, the reality star and mother of three reportedly called into the court and requested their hearing be postponed.

The call was reportedly made on Jan. 24.

In the court documents she filed against her cheating husband, Shannon Beador requested an Orange County Superior Court grant her physical custody of her three children as well as spousal support. Although Beador is seeking spousal support from her estranged husband, she is willing to share legal custody of their kids.

Beador and her husband tied the knot on Sept. 16, 2000, and called it quits in September of last year after renewing their wedding vows just one year prior. As fans of The Real Housewives of Orange County will recall, David came clean about a months-long affair he had with another woman during the 10th season of the show and opted to renew his vows with Beador the following season. Then just a short time later, their good times came to an end and ultimately, Beador confirmed their plans to go their separate ways.

“It’s heartbreaking for me and my daughters that this is the road that had to be taken but it’s the only way,” Beador told People magazine at the time of her separation. “I felt alone in my marriage. You can do what you can to keep your family together, but you have to have willing parties. You need two people to make a marriage work, and that just wasn’t happening in our relationship.”

“This is not the path that I thought that I would be taking,” she continued.

Shannon and David Beador are due back in court on March 12 to discuss Beador's child and spousal support requests.
