Three thrill seekers took a flying leap off the Trump Tower in Chicago and made it safely to the city streets below.

The unidentified jumpers made their way to the top of the 92-story building in order to BASE jump in the dead of night on Wednesday, reports the New York Daily News. The Tower was also the site of a similar jump in the 2011 Transformers: Dark of the Moon, according to ABC.

BASE jumping, an off shoot of skydiving, derives it's name from the possible locations participants can jump off of- buildings, antennas, spans, and earth. While not illegal, the way jumpers access these locations, such as Trump Tower, often includes trespassing.

Police state that the three jumpers reached the top of Trump Tower by accessing the stairs. In order to do so, the three suspects allegedly cut through locks and may have covered some security cameras, according to the Chicago Sun Times.

While the jumpers safely completed their mission, residents of the Tower were bothered that the suspects were able to access so much of the building.

"There are a lot of famous people in the building," a resident told the Chicago Sun Times. "It's known for having a lot of security and for being a safe place to live. It's unnerving to know that three strangers were able to enter the building and reach restricted-access areas."

The police pulled images of the jumpers from security cameras as they claimed the stairs. While two of the suspects donned dark, casual clothing, one of them was is dress clothes and a tie. The police currently have no one in custody.
