Did Bethenny Frankel make a bad decision when she reconciled with Jill Zarin outside of her husband's funeral in New York City in January?

According to a new report, the Real Housewives of New York City star and Skinnygirl creator is allegedly having doubts about making amends with her former friend and costar because she now feels that Zarin may be using her in an effort to get her Bravo TV gig back.

“Bethenny is having second thoughts about getting friendly with Jill Zarin again after the death of Bobby Zarin, because Jill will not stop asking Bethenny to help get her back on the Real Housewives of New York,” a production insider revealed to Radar Online on Feb. 5.

Zarin appeared in a full-time role on The Real Housewives of New York City up until the series' fourth season. After that, she and a number of other cast members, including Alex McCord, Cindy Barshop, and Kelly Bensimon, were removed from the series.

Following Zarin's exit from the show, she and Frankel were estranged for many years. Then, as Zarin tragically said goodbye to her husband during a funeral last month, Frankel attended the proceedings and offered her support to her former friend.

“Bethenny realized after the death of Bobby life was short and it was time to makeup up with Jill. She has genuine affection for her and wants to be around for her during this difficult time," the source explained. "However, she is starting to worry that all Jill wants is to get back on The Real Housewives show.”

According to the report, Zarin has been talking all about her past times with Frankel and her other costars on the show and continues to mention how much she would love to be a part of the group once again.

“Jill feels alone but she also doesn’t realize that she is pushing friends away,” another source added.

Zarin and Frankel appeared to be filming a scene for The Real Housewives of New York City last month when they reunited at Zarin's husband's funeral. Then, weeks later, Zarin was spotted on vacation with their costar Ramona Singer.

The Real Housewives of New York City cast, including Bethenny Frankel, Ramona Singer, LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Dorinda Medley, Tinsley Mortimer, and Carole Radziwill, is expected to return to Bravo TV for season 10 later this year.
