Fresh off firing leading lady Selma Blair, Charlie Sheen and the crew at Anger Management are looking for a replacement.

The show's casting director already put out a description on Friday of what the show is looking for to fill Blair's place. Simply called "the new doctor" for now, casting is looking for a Latina or Caucasian actress who is "gorgeous" and "sexy" and in her 30s or 40s. She is more specifically described as a "by-the-books psychiatrist."

The posting further specifies the qualifications to a specific feeling, that of a classic sitcom. "If Charlie and Kate were like Sam and Diane on Cheers, then you are Rebecca. Tough, career driven, neurotic and you wear your heart on your sleeve."

What really drives home the new character's description is one key line: "And you hate yourself for eventually becoming attracted to Charlie."

Blair played Sheen's therapist on the show who is also in a friends-with-benefits relationship with him. The relationship with the new actress will likely have a similar feeling because she too is a therapist.

The new character's description is "exploratory, not definitive", said producers when asked about her.

Sheen fired Blair on June 18 when he found out that she was complaining about his work ethic. According to The Hollywood Reporter on Friday, the actor allegedly fired Blair through a strongly-worded text message that included a particularly unfriendly "c" word.

Earlier this week, Sheen tried to recruit Mila Kunis to replace Blair for at least 10 episodes of the show, allegedly willing to pay her $1 million per episode. Kunis has not commented on the offer.

Anger Management was picked up for 90 episodes after its 10-episode first season, securing rights to a syndication package. The series is a little over a third of the way into its 100-episode run and is expected to go on as planned without Blair.
