Brooklyn Beckham recently got a new tattoo and his mom, model and fashion designer Victoria Beckham, proudly approves it.

In a new Instagram post, the 43-year-old Spice Girl showed off her son's heart-shaped tattoo on his upper right arm worded "mum."

"Big tattoo! X kisses from NYC!!" Victoria wrote on Instagram tagging her 18-year-old son.

Earlier, Brooklyn posted a photo of his latest tattoo right after it was inked. The art was rendered by tattoo artist Dr. Woo, whom Brooklyn thanked on social media.

Tattoo Hangover

Brooklyn, who is studying photography in New York City, has become a huge fan of body tattoos. Just 10 months earlier, the young man got his first ink of a Native American headdress with a "just like dads" label from the same tattoo artist.

The eldest of the Beckham siblings have other tattoos dedicated to the members of his family. A 1975 ink is dedicated to the birth year of his father, former professional footballer David Beckham. A series of numbers also indicate the birth years of his younger siblings, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper.

The "mum" tattoo is not the first tattoo dedicated to Posh Spice. Another art is above Brooklyn's chest which reads "Mama's Boy."

Brooklyn is not the only one in the family who is an avid fan of body art. David, 42, had jokingly shared on Instagram Harper's doodle of a stick figure wearing a dress right above his chest. There is also the "We Love You Daddy" ink on his left ribcage.

"The boys expressing how they feel about daddy," David had written.

Like Father, Like Son

Apparently, the family's fondness for tattoo follows David's love for it, too. Brooklyn has a number of tattoos inked on different parts of his body, most of them representing his interests and the others as a tribute to his family.

In October last year, Brooklyn sported a number seven tattooed on his pinky finger, which represents his father's number of years in the sporting industry. "Seven" is also David's number for the Manchester football team and Harper's middle name. A single-stem rose is also tattooed along the side of Brooklyn's torso.

The budding photographer also has a detailed tattoo of a Fujitsu camera inked on his left bicep to signify his passion for photography. Another piece of body art on his left forearm resembles a compass.

Interestingly, Brooklyn's "Made in England" tattoo on his left foot signifies his parents' love for America, as he currently divides his time traveling back and forth to the United States and England whenever needed.
