Reality star Brandi Glanville slammed a radio host in a recent tweet shortly after reports circulated alleging stories of them going on a date and almost sleeping together.

Glanville reportedly asked out talk show host John Kerwin after appearing on his LA-based radio program in December of 2012, Radar Online reported on June 20.  A source told the gossip website that the two went out, had a few drinks and ended up back at Glanville's home. The insider said she made it clear she wanted to sleep with Kerwin, but he declined and ended up going to bed in her guest bedroom alone.

"John turned her down because he isn't the type of guy to have a one night stand," the source said. "He has too much respect for women to do that. Being too drunk to drive home, Brandi banished John to the guest room."

They parted ways the next morning on amicable terms. Shortly after, Kerwin found out from Glanville's memoir that she had gotten HPV allegedly from ex-husband Eddie Cibrian. The source told the website Kerwin felt like he had "dodged a bullet" by not sleeping with Glanville.

After the report surfaced, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star addressed the claims via Twitter. She called out Kerwin on June 24, writing, "Let's all block and not respond to the pyscho [sic] guy I went on one date with a year and a half ago. BLOCK & don't MENTION on my Timeline thanks."

A day earlier, Kerwin tweeted Brandi directly and wrote, "@BrandiGlanville please stop sending me vicious texts on my cell.  You've become 'Bo-toxic' #BHHW #BeverlyHillsHouseWives."

He added, "She almost gave me HPV - that's why I'm angry. I found out last week. Someone I know read her book."

The former model later responded to one of the tweets by saying, "Don't give this physcho [sic] any more attention. Clearly its [sic] what he wants.♥"

Glanville has two sons with her ex-husband.
