Photos from the scene of the man who accused former NBA star Scottie Pippen of assaulting him outside a Malibu restaurant over the weekend were recently released.

Earlier reports indicated that Scottie, 47, was under investigation after an unidentified man described in the police report as a "50-something-year-old" claimed the former Chicago Bulls player punched and kicked him after he allegedly asked for an autograph outside Nobu restaurant in Malibu Sunday evening.

TMZ has pictures of the victim who claimed he was so badly injured that he had to be removed from the scene by an ambulance. The pictures show a man lying on a stretcher without a shirt on and in a neck brace. The man is tightly strapped on the stretcher as EMT workers wheel him in the ambulance.

The alleged victim was taken to a hospital due unspecified injuries that included broken teeth, a swollen mouth, as well as back and head injuries.

He left the hospital Monday morning.

Fox News noted that Scottie came in voluntarily after the sheriff's substation and was questioned by authorities for about an hour, but no charges were made.

Sheriff's spokeman Steve Whitmore said that Scottie was "cooperative" and described the case as "complicated" and said there was no timetable for when charges could be made.

Enstars reported earlier that Scottie is the suspect in the report for assault with a deadly weapon, with the weapon being his shoes.

Currently, Scottie is a special adviser to the Chicago's Bulls team's president and chief operating officer. The Bulls declined to comment about the incient Monday.

Scottie is married to Real Housewives of Miami star, Larsa Pippen.

A source close to the Pippen's said that the altercation had something to do with Larsa.

"We hear that the man who asked him for the autograph also mouthed off about Scottie's wife," a source said. "She always dresses pretty provocatively, and there are times Scottie is hearing about it. I know that bugs the hell out of him."
