President Donald Trump's alleged nomination for a Nobel Peace Prize makes the news again, this time with the confirmation that the nomination is fake.

According to TMZ, an anonymous U.S. citizen put President Trump's name in the running for one of the essential non-entertainment prizes on the planet.

The person who nominated the President for this award stated that the current White House resident deserved this award for his ideas on how to preserve peace.

This Must Be Fake News

According to the BBC, the idea that this unknown person nominated for was "preserving peace by force."  Upon investigation, however, the president of the Nobel Peace Prize organization found that the nomination statements received regarding President Trump were not only falsified but inaccurate. The New York Times also reported that someone else falsely nominated the President of the United States in the previous year.

"I can say that we have a good reason to believe that [the nomination of Mr. Trump] is fake. The same 'fake' nomination probably took place last year too," said Nobel Institute Director Olav Njølstad to the BBC.

The New York Post stated that the Nobel Institute Director refused to provide additional details regarding the controversial nomination. The news organization also found out that President Trump's fraudulent submission was part of a group that included over 329 acceptable appointments.

The only people who are allowed to participate in the Nobel Peace Prize nomination process are representatives of the academic world and government leaders. It is expected for the Nobel Peace Prize winner to  be revealed in October.

Late-Night Attacks

In addition to not receiving any love from the Nobel Peace Committee, the late-night talk show hosts have been ripping the President of the United States for his inaction regarding the recent Florida school shootings. Late-night show host Stephen Colbert stated he did not believe President Trump's reaction when he announced that he would go run into the high school and target the shooter.

Colbert's statement comes days after Jimmy Kimmel's tearful and gutsy monologue on Feb. 21, where he personally told President Trump to go to congressional leaders and begin the dialogue of changing the gun control laws. John Oliver also told his viewers in one of his episodes of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver that it was time to stop sending thoughts and prayers and to demand action

The Omarosa Factor

Another person that President Trump may have to worry about is his former colleague Omarosa Manigault Newman. The former White House Director of Communications for the Office of Public Liaison revealed a lot of dirty laundry when she lived in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Manigault Newman recently announced that she is thinking about writing a tell-all book about her time in the White House. However, Manigault Newman revealed during one of the last episodes of Celebrity Big Brother that she did not have an affair with the President.
