Pamela Anderson is breaking her silence following an altercation between her son Brandon and ex-husband Tommy Lee. The model says she stands by her son who punched his father out of self-defense.

Anderson's Defense

Anderson responded to the alleged fight in a lengthy post on her website titled "Alcoholism is the devil." The former Playboy magazine model says that she initially did not want to say anything about the incident since she sees it as a private matter.

However, Lee publicized the incident on social media so now she is speaking up to set the record straight. She wants everyone to know that she supports Brandon, 21, despite what he did.

"I stand beside my son who acted out of self-defense and was scared for his life," Anderson wrote, adding, "He punched him in the nose for all of us who he has hurt."

The 50-year-old former Playboy bunny says Lee is humiliated and is attempting to destroy his own son, whom she said is only trying to help him become sober. Anderson said his son is putting up an intervention involving close friends and Lee's colleague.

"Brandon has risked everything to save his father," Anderson wrote, saying that he still does not want to see Lee in jail.

Alcoholism

Anderson then revealed how her ex-husband's alcohol addiction is and has always been the cause of the family drama. The Baywatch alum suggested that Lee becomes abusive when intoxicated and that his fiancée does not help him get sober because she keeps him drunk.

The Barb Wire star said Lee brought a "lifetime of disappointment" to the family and described him as the consistent center of sadness, drama, and confusion. Anderson likewise called the Mötley Crüe drummer a "narcissist/sociopath."

The actress revealed that Lee has attempted to contact her several times but she has blocked him. She also pointed out that she will never talk to him again until he is sober and in his right mind. She also hopes that Lee gets the help he needs.

The Attack

Anderson's defense comes after Lee revealed that his son knocked him unconscious. Brittany Furlan, Lee's fiancée, said Brandon punched his father after he posted ugly photos of Anderson following her interview with Piers Morgan. Lee was not happy because she brought up old wounds from their marriage.

On his end, Brandon confirmed that he has been staging an intervention for his father to get him sober. He added that he will continue to cooperate with law enforcement if needed.

"I love my father and just want to see him sober, happy and healthy," Brandon said.
