Heads up, ladies. Charlie Puth is single and ready to mingle. The big-haired crooner has expressed his desire to find a wife.

Ready To Settle Down

Attending the iHeartRadio Music Awards, at The Forum in L.A., the singer revealed during a red carpet interview that he's finally ready to find that special someone.

"I'm single. I'm ready to find my wife... I need a companion, man. Who's gonna travel around the world with me?" he gushed to ET.

Puth also dished that his upcoming album is almost finished. The singer is having trouble putting it to bed, though, because he keeps adding songs, however, fans shouldn't have to wait too much longer, he promised.

The "How Long" hitmaker performed later on in the show wearing a super nerdy "OH CHARLIE" crewneck from his own merch line. Puth nailed a rendition of his cheating boyfriend anthem onstage, much to the delight of fans worldwide and in the house.

He reached out to grab eager hands as he worked the catwalk, following an intro from Halsey and rapper G-Eazy. Puth was nominated for Male Artist of the Year, alongside Bruno Mars, Shawn Mendes, Ed Sheeran, and The Weeknd. The award ultimately went to Sheeran, who also nabbed Song Of The Year for "Shape of You."

Belles Of The Ball

The big winner on the night, though, was up-and-coming rapper Cardi B, whose year just seems to be getting better and better. She nabbed two awards for Best New Artist and Best New Hip-Hop Artist out of a total five nominations.

Cardi B also stormed the stage for a medley performance of three of her hit songs.

"I wanna thank my fans, Bardi Gang, because even when I'm wrong they be like, 'She's still right! And I wanna thank my haters too because they be downloading my stuff so they can hear it and talk crap about it, but it benefits me!" she gushed during her acceptance speech.

Puth's having just as good of a year himself, even though he didn't scoop any gongs on the night. His killer breakup track features on his hugely anticipated upcoming album Voicenotes. Judging by the vocal response from fans who gathered stageside at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, it's going to be a major hit for the 26-year-old singer.

The accompanying tour of the same name opens in Toronto on July 11. In support of Puth, Hailee Steinfeld is joining him on the North American leg.

Puth is also set to perform at the March For Our Lives rally in L.A., an event that looks to promote gun safety in the wake of the Douglas massacre.
