Catelynn Lowell appears to be doing great after leaving rehab to film the seventh season reunion special for Teen Mom OG.

Days after reuniting with her co-stars, including Maci Bookout and Amber Portwood, Lowell took to Instagram and shared a positive message about her new, healthier outlook on life.

On March 14, Lowell shared a quote from Molly Mahar on Instagram.

It read, “I am enough. I am full of sparkle & compassion. I genuinely want to make the world a better place. I love hard. I practice kindness. I’m not afraid of the truth. I am loyal, adventurous, supportive, and surprising. I am a woman. I am enough. I make mistakes, but I own them and learn from them. Sometimes I make a lot of mistakes.”

Catelynn Lowell Confirmed Suicidal Thoughts On Twitter

Prior to beginning a months-long (on and off) stay at an Arizona rehab facility, Lowell revealed shocking details about her struggles with suicidal thoughts on social media. In a tweet from Nov. 17, the longtime reality star admitted to her followers and fans that she had considered a number of different ways to kill herself before deciding to seek treatment for her mental health issues.

Tyler Baltierra Is Supportive Of His Wife

While Lowell hasn't remained in treatment consistently since sharing her post, she's tended to a few weeks-long stints and appears to be doing quite well as her husband, Tyler Baltierra, remains supportive of the process.

As fans have seen, Baltierra has been caring full-time for his and Lowell's daughter, 3-year-old Nova, as she remains committed to getting her mental health back to a positive place. That said, being a single dad hasn't always been easy. In an Instagram live session weeks ago, Baltierra admitted to breaking down over his wife's absence.

Catelynn Lowell Attended The Reunion After Miscarriage

Although many fans were unsure if Lowell would decide to attend the Teen Mom OG reunion taping in the Big Apple over the weekend, she ultimately decided to take part and hopefully she had a good time with the other women.

Lowell previously attended a weeks-long treatment program in Arizona after struggling with post-partum depression after the January 2015 birth of her daughter Nova.

In the weeks leading up to her latest round of rehab stints, Lowell tragically suffered a miscarriage and the shocking ordeal went down during production on season 7.

Lowell, Baltierra, and their co-stars including Amber Portwood, Gary Shirley, Maci Bookout, Taylor McKinney, and Ryan Edwards can be seen on Teen Mom OG season 7 on Monday nights at 9 p.m. on MTV.
