The late Michael Jackson's son, Prince Jackson, testified at his father's wrongful death trial on Wednesday, producing startling allegations that Michael feared for his life during his dealings with AEG LIVE CEO Randy Phillips.

Prince, real name Michael Joseph "Prince" Jackson Jr., told the court on June 26 that his father feared Phillips so much, he believed he would be murdered if he didn't follow through on performing in 50 concerts in his comeback tour titled This Is It for AEG Live.

"He would cry; he would say, 'They're going to kill me. They're going to kill me,'" Prince said his father told the then 12-year-old, according to Gossip Cop.

Prince said he saw his father cry after he got off the phone with Phillips on several occasions and even witnessed the concert promoter being "aggressive" with his father's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray. Phillips grabbed Murray's elbow during an argument when Michael was not home, said Prince.

The eldest of Michael's children recalled the day his father died on June 25, 2009. Prince said when he learned his father was having trouble breathing he ran upstairs to his father's bedroom in the mansion and witnessed Murray attempt to revive Michael with CPR.

The 16-year-old said the late King of Pop's body was halfway off his bed and his eyes were rolled to the back of his head, according to Fox News.

Prince said Murray told him the devastating news that his father died at the hospital later that day. Murray would later be convicted of involuntary manslaughter for giving Michael the powerful anesthetic Propofol on November 29, 2011.

Prince is the first member of Michael's family to testify in his wrongful death trial since it began nine weeks ago. His sister, Paris Jackson, is likely to skip the witness stand because she is being treated for depression at UCLA Medical Center, following a suicide attempt.

Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, and his three children--Prince, 16, Paris, 15 and Blanket, 11--together filed a civil suit in 2010, seeking the billions Michael would have earned had he not died from an overdose of Propofol at the age of 50. AEG Live coordinated Michael's This Is It concert tour, which was scheduled to begin at London's O2 Arena.

On Thursday, Tito Jackson's sons, T.J. and Taj Jackson, will testify on the witness stand.
