Halle Berry is not leting her baby bump slow her down in any way as she testified in court Tuesday to support an anti-paparazzi bill.

The 46-year-old actress appeared in court earlier this week to support a bill that would limit the paparazzi's ability to photographer children of celebrities. Berry, who already has a 5-year-old daughter, Nahla and currently pregnant with a baby boy, said that her daughter has been terrorized by paparazzi while at school.

"If this bill passes, the quality of my children's life will be dramatically changed. Just getting up in the morning and going to school is hard for us," she said. "This bill would not infringe on [media] rights. They would still be able to take their pictures... this bill will just ensure that they have to keep a safe distance away from children and allow them to move freely."

Berry said that Nahla has rejected going to school and fears to go out on the playground because of aggressive photographers. She described the aggression as a war zone.

"They jump out of bushes, they jump out of cars, they come from behind buildings... a seemingly normal schoolyard turns into what feels like a battleground," she said. "I've been a celebrity in this town for 20 years and I understand the game... but my children should not have to be okay with that."

In April, Berry and fiance Olivier Martinez got into a fight with photographers at LAX airport, after they tried to take pictures of Nahla as he carried her to the car. Berry tried to hold back Martinez from fighting with a photographer after he allegedly kicked the photographer in the leg and wrist.

During the Champs-Elysees Film Festival in Paris last week, Martinez spoke about the arrival of his son.

"My son will remain an American, but I will remain French," he said.

"I remain a Frenchman in America, but I adapt to American culture," Martinez continued. "I feel good there-but I'm still a foreigner. My son will be an American," he added.
