When the story of Beyoncé getting bitten came to light, fans instantly came to the singer's defense and started hunting for the mystery woman.

News flash: Queen Bey doesn't want to make a big deal out of it.

Beyoncé's Mystery Biter

A source reveals to Us Weekly that the singer is unruffled about the incident, although she does appreciate the fans' concern.

"She thinks it's sweet people are so concerned, but also doesn't want to make life hard for the person that did it," the insider says. "Beyoncé's team is being contacted by almost everyone they've ever met! They are getting texts and calls asking, 'Were you there? What did you see? Have you heard anything?' It's pretty insane for anyone that works with Beyoncé."

Even during the night of the incident, Queen Bey wasn't interested in making a scene, according to Tiffany Haddish, who first shared the story in GQ. When Haddish reportedly offered to serve some revenge to her unnamed attacker, Beyoncé brushed off the biting and told her to have fun instead.

"She was like, 'Tiffany, no. Don't do that. That bitch is on drugs. She not even drunk. The bitch is on drugs. She not like that all the time. Just chill,'" the Girls Trip actress says.

Potential Suspects

Haddish refused to name the mystery biter, but this hasn't stopped the fans from trying to solve the mystery. After all, even other celebrities have been getting into the buzz, including Chrissy Teigen, who says she knows who the offender is.

Sources talked to TMZ, saying that Haddish has told a few people that the culprit is The Best Man actress Sanaa Lathan. Apparently, the bite was a playful one, not intended to hurt Beyoncé at all.

However, Lathan denies all involvement in a Twitter post.

Sara Foster, model and actress, posted a cheeky screencap on Instagram to issue her own denial after people speculated that it might be her.

Flattering that anyone thinks I could get this close to Beyoncé. A post shared by  Sara Foster (@sarafoster) on Mar 26, 2018 at 11:47am PDT

According to E! Online, the fans of Beyoncé even began commenting with bumblebee emojis on Lathan and Foster's social media accounts.
