Selena Gomez appears to have dyed her hair in a series of new photos shared to the 25-year-old singer's Instagram account on Friday.

Weeks into her split from Justin Bieber, Gomez was apparently in need of a change and that change may have been her hair.

According to a March 30 report by Hollywood Life, Gomez shared three photos taken to promote her new collaboration with Coach where she was seen sporting red hair. While the images are timestamped with the date "3 29 '98," they most definitely were not taken 20 years ago. Instead, they seem to have been taken more recently, possibly two decades later than the timestamp claims.

In one of her Instagram images, Gomez is seen sitting in an all-black outfit with a Coach bag and a silver cross necklace. She's also sporting a pair of fuzzy flip-flops. In the rest of the images, she's holding the Coach purse. 

"Photo wall opportunity with the Parker bag #CoachNY @stuartvevers," Gomez wrote in the caption of one of her photos.

Selena Gomez Is Experimenting With Her Hair

At the end of last year, Gomez shocked fans when she debuted blonde locks and a bob on the red carpet at the 2017 American Music Awards. For years prior, Gomez was known to have long brown hair. So, this was a big change. Now, after returning to her dark hair months ago, Gomez seems to be experimenting once again, this time with a shade of red.

While Gomez hasn't yet been spotted out and about with her red hair quite yet, she did step out in Los Angeles a number of times this week and each time she was sporting her signature brunette hair.

Selena Gomez Is Newly Single

Gomez and her on-again, off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber unexpectedly reunited at the end of last year as her 10-month relationship with The Weeknd came to an end. They then began spending tons of time together and quickly confirmed their romance was back on.

While the couple appeared to be going strong for some time, their relationship ultimately came to an end earlier this month and since then, Gomez has been living it up with her friends and traveling to places, including her hometown in Texas and Australia. As for Bieber, he's been spending time at church and at the gym.
