Blake Shelton and his country songstress wife Miranda Lambert have been hit with continuous marriage-related rumors as of late.

Although the couple has repeatedly denied any marital problems, sources keep painting a picture of an allegedly crumbling relationship fueled by alcohol and busy schedules.

While In Touch recently claimed that Shelton's apparent weight gain was supposedly due to binge drinking caused by his rocky relationship, Star printed a similar claim in a recent issue of its magazine stating that partying and drinking serve to drive the pair further apart.

"Though partying is something Miranda and Blake bond over, friends say it's only served to amplify Miranda's jealousy and Blake's uncontrollable flirting - leading to a vicious cycle of drinking, fighting and drinking more as a means to cope," a source reportedly told the magazine.

The source further claimed that Shelton angers Lambert when he is intoxicated, playing on her already inflamed jealousy.

"Alcohol is the root of 90 percent of their problems," the source said. "Blake likes to provoke Miranda when he's drunk - he talks constantly about other women he thinks are sexy."

However, the couple seems fairly stable following repeated statements that their marriage is doing fine.

"I just don't think my fans either are buying into it or have time to give a crap--who has time to care these days?" Shelton told CBS This Morning shortly after rumors started in March.

A source close to the situation also told Gossip Cop that the Star report is "ridiculous," the website reported on June 26.
