Stan Lee, one of the pillars of Marvel Comics, has found himself again in hot waters after a massage therapist accused him of sexual misconduct.

The 95-year-old is at the center of a lawsuit, along with his assistant Mac Anderson, filed by Maria Carballo. The massage therapist claimed that the inappropriate acts happened on April 21 to 23 last year at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago.

"For a long time, I was afraid to ask anyone to help me hold Mr. Lee accountable for how he treated me. He is rich and famous. I am not," Carballo said.

But what inspired her to come out was the women who bravely shared their harrowing experiences. Even so, Carballo admitted that she still feels "nervous and afraid," though it had died down a bit because of the people who are behind her.

Carballo was hired during the weekend to massage the infamous comics creator at his hotel room. However, when the masseuse started to massage Lee, she noticed the faced-down man is touching himself. As she massaging his quadriceps, he started to moan.

Because of that, Carballo decided to finish the massage early and left the hotel unit. However, after her employer requested for her to do another massage session with Lee, who reportedly apologized, she went back the following day.

An hour when she came back and began the massage, Lee started to moan again. Upon learning of the act, Carballo immediately stopped the session and ordered the producer to get dressed so that she could leave the room. But it seemed that it didn't sit well with the client, as he stood up from the table completely naked and became mad at her.

Carballo stressed she continued the massage as she got scared that she would be fired. This time, she did a Shiatsu massage, which was when she used her feet rather than her hands, just to avoid getting close to Lee. However, the worse seemed to have happened.

Lee allegedly got her foot and started rubbing his private part with it. That was what drew the line and Carballo immediately ended the session. She got the $240 from him as payment and decided to leave. But before she could leave the premise, Anderson allegedly gave her a lump of cash, which she believed was because he knew of his boss's actions.

Lee, who has appeared in myriads of Marvel films as an extra, recently became a headliner after news broke out that he was abused physically, psychologically, and mentally by the people close to him, including his daughter, J.C.
