Shayanna Jenkins, Aaron Hernandez Fiance Involved in 2012 Domestic Incident [PHOTOS]
Aaron Hernandez and his fiance, Shayanna Jenkins, were involved in a domestic dispute in 2012, which sent cops to his California rental home, according to reports.
The public's attention has turned to Shayanna,23, since the her fiance was arrested and charged wtih the murder of Odin Lloyd.
TMZ reported that just a few months ago, Hernandez and Shayanna had a heated argument at a party the former Patriots player threw at a rental home in Hermosa Beach, Ca. Sources said that Hernandez and his friends were partying from 4 p.m. to 9 a.m. and Shayanna called the police in an attempt to end the festivities.
Hernandez reportedly got so mad at Shayanna for ruining his party that he punched a window in the house.
Law enforcement sources told TMZm the police were called to the house on several occassions and neighbors described Hernandez as a "nightmare."
Hernandez is reportedly still renting the home. Police haven't obtained a warrant to search the apartment yet, but it may provide evidence in connection with the murder of Lloyd and a 2012 drive-by shooting Hernandez is also being investigated for.
Last week, Hernandez was denied bail from a judge and is currently in jail. He has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges.
Police believe that Lloyd threatened to ruin the former pro athelet's career and relationship with Shayanna.
Shayanna is the link between Lloyd and Hernandez. Her sister, Shaneah Jenkins, was dating the murder victim.
There is no indication Shayanna's was involved in the crime, but there is a possibility she could testify in her fiance's trial, as Enstars previouisly reported.
Massachusetts state law indicates that Shayanna would not have to testify against Hernandez if they were married.
The couple met back in highschool, while attending Bristol Central High School in Connecticut. They started dating in 2007 and have a child together.
During Hernandez's bail hearing, Shayanna was seen in the back of the courtroom crying. She wore large sunglasses to cover her eyes.
