Mariah Carey is moving on from her devastating split from ex-fiance James Packer. She's quietly sold the whopper of an engagement ring he gave her.

Time To Move On

The legendary diva received the 35-carat diamond ring from Packer just two years ago.

The massive sparkler, said to be worth around $10 million, was part of the financial settlement she made with him last year.

Carey's publicist was very clear about her charge's desire to move on with her life.

"Mariah has been very vocal recently about her choice to move forward in her life surrounded by positivity. That requires leaving emotional and material baggage behind," she told Page Six.

A source close to the singer confirmed that she let her business manager handle the quiet sale of the ring, which reportedly went to a Los Angeles-based jeweler for $2.1 million.

Keeping It Quiet

The jeweler is currently in the process of selling the ring, and has signed a confidentiality agreement to keep any details about it, or Carey, out of the press.

"[Carey's] public relations people ... have threatened the jeweler with litigation if he discloses her name," revealed the source.

Any suggestions that the iconic singer is in desperate need of funds, hence her desire to sell the ring on as quickly as possible, were dismissed by an insider in the Carey camp.

"She owns multiple homes, her entire catalog of music, and she's had numerous successful tours and residencies," scoffed the source.

Carey recently moved into a palatial, $35,000-per-month mansion in Los Angeles, the former home of rapper Nicki Minaj.

Lining Up To Take His Place

Carey split from Packer back in 2016. The billionaire originally requested the ring be returned to him, even after it was decided in court that his ex could hold onto it.

She wore it while publicly seeing her subsequent boyfriend, dancer Bryan Tanaka, who romanced her on Mariah's World. The two split last year.

Following the diva's recent 50-pound weight loss as a result of gastric bypass surgery, another of her exes has been sniffing around.

Ex-husband Nick Cannon, father to Carey's two children, is reportedly desperate for another chance with her.

"Nick is waiting on the sidelines ... He wants to win Mariah's heart again so he's waiting patiently for his chance," revealed a source.

Carey is also currently in the midst of fighting a lawsuit against her former long-time manager, Stella Bulochnikov, who featured heavily in the singer's reality show Mariah's World. Bulochnikov alleges that Carey was nude in front of her on a frequent basis, claiming sexual harassment as a result.
