Charlie Sheen is refusing to keep paying child support to ex-wife Brooke Mueller during her stay in rehab, according to a Wednesday report by TMZ.

Sheen allegedly filed legal documents recently to try and cancel his obligation to pay Mueller $55,000 per month in child support. Mueller is currently in a rehabilitation center and does not have custody of the kids. Sheen figured she was probably using the money to pay for her rehab, which he doesn't appreciate, according to the report.

Sheen also reportedly offered to pay child support for ex-wife Denise Richards, but she turned down his offer.

Despite his various troubles with his ex-wives, He took to Twitter and Instagram Tuesday to post photos of himself with his children.

One Twitter picture features Sheen ducking down and posing with his 4-year-old twin sons, Max and Bob. The caption reads, "If ya see a shark Hooper, Swallow!" in reference to the 1975 shark thriller Jaws, "Hey M J S and B; eat this remora lose-bagz. How ya like me now? Hash tag win c." One of the twins is even holding a toy shark in the photo.

In another photo, shared on both Instagram and Twitter, Sheen has his elbow on his daughter Lola's head. He captioned the image, "redefining the essence of 'lean on me'."

Sheen on Tuesday also tweeted a character poster for his new film Machete Kills, in which he plays the president of the United States. The poster features him in a suit and tie wielding a gun with the presidential logo in the background. The poster credits Sheen as Carlos Estevez, his birth name. The film is set to come out in theaters on Oct. 4.

Sheen has made headlines over the past few weeks for firing co-star Selma Blair on the set of his show Anger Management. The FX sitcom added actor Brian Austen Green as a series regular to play a foil for Sheen's character. They are also looking for a replacement for Blair at the moment.
