Another controversy has reached the internet after T.I. called Iggy Azalea "a stain" to his legacy. Now, the 'Fancy' hitmaker has fired back and slammed T.I. by calling him a misogynist.

Rapper T.I was recently walloped by the netizens and co-performers in the hip-hop industry after his controversial Top 50 Rappers of All Time. After resolving and cooling down the issue, the rapper was yet again the talk of the town after he told The Root that he is looking for a female rapper who can clean the stain Azalea left.

T.I gave the statement as a 'music executive' for the former Grand Hustle artist. He described that signing Azalea can be comparable to Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan leaving the franchise to play baseball.

The Australian-raised Azalea signed with T.I.'s Grand Hustle record label 2011, but they cut ties in 2015.

In an interview with Hot 97, T.I confirmed that the "sudden stop" was due to a number of unknown reasons. However, the real cause seemed to sprout after Iggy got into a controversial dispute with Azealia Banks, an American rapper. This was considered as the biggest feud in hip-hop community back in 2014 -- too scandalous that rapper and producer Q-Tip posted a lengthy tweet in the pursuit of educating Azalea.

Q-Tip also tried to tell her about hip-hop's issue, and that was where T.I stood for Azalea even after the boss-artist split. This proved T.I did not have any issues with her despite walking away from the Grand Hustle team.

T.I. also praised Azalea's team by telling how talented and charismatic they were. He also left them an advice on how to adjust more when they are doing music business.

The now 39-year-old rapper also defended Azalea from her critics back then, emphasizing that the female rapper was still a new kid to be the center of the criticisms.

Within four years, Azalea was able to collaborate with Grand Hustle in a number of tracks, including "Murda Bizness" and "No Mediocre." She eventually turned into the most prominent female rapper connected with T.I.

In 2015, she came to Def Jam and Island Records consequently after severing ties with Grand Hustle, but she chose to be independent afterwards.

People believed that there was no bad blood between T.I and Azalea, but that's not the case anymore after the former called the 29-year-old rap star his biggest blunder. It obviously irked Azalea, who went on a rant in a now-deleted series of tweets against T.I..

The press has been contacting the representatives of the two rappers, but it seems like the winds are all calm right now and the Twitter rampage appears to come to an end.

Azalea is planning to unveil her new piece by the end of next month. Meanwhile, T.I. is now hosting the Netflix show "Rhythm + Flow" together with with Cardi B and Chance the Rapper.

"Rhythm + Flow" is a hip-hop competition. A lot of female rappers participated in the show, and that is what gives everyone a fair representation.
