Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez haven't set their wedding date yet after their engagement party last September 30, but JLo was already spotted in New York City looking like Cinderella in her wedding dress.

The "Jenny from the Block" actress was actually filming her romantic comedy movie "Marry Me" when she was photographed wearing a sequin-embellished ball gown from Zuhair Murad Couture. The photos captured by paparazzi said a lot about the dress, which looked so huge compared to JLo's frame.

It was also seen that the actress needed a number of people to be able to move around. Nonetheless, the photos instantly brought Cinderella to people's mind upon seeing her in that shining, shimmering dress.

The movie "Marry Me" is the latest film by Universal. The musical and romantic comedy film is based on Bobby Crosby's graphic novel, and is being referred to as the "cross" of "Notting Hill" and "A Star is Born."

"Marry Me" - The Story

"Marry Me" is a story about a pop singer, who is getting married to her rockstar fiancé (who will be played by Colombian singer Maluma) but fails to show at the Madison Square Garden.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, JLo's character found out that the rockstar has been cheating on her. She then randomly picked a stranger on the crowd to be her groom instead, and she happened to pick a math teacher -- who will be portrayed by "Wonder" actor Owen Wilson.

People will also see Sarah Silverman and John Bradley in the musical romantic comedy film.

Willie Mercer, Alex Brown and J.B. Roberts are the executive producers of the film. Meanwhile JLo, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Benny Medina are the producers together with John Rogers, who made the script with Tami Sagher. The movie is set to release on September 13, 2020.

After seeing her in a Cinderella-like wedding gown, people expected JLo to hold her own real wedding soon.

In her interview with the Evening Standard last month, she was asked about her plans for her wedding with Rodriguez. She shared that they have been, and they will be, busy for the following months.

The retired MLB shortstop is also expected to spend months away from JLo due to the baseball World Series. The final wedding date and time have not yet been blocked, but Lopez admitted they were already talking about it privately even after the engagement party.

Rodriguez-Lopez Household is Doing Fine Together!

While waiting for the official wedding announcement, JLo showed her fans and followers a video of her daughter, Emme Muñiz, and Ella, Rodriguez's daughter. The two already grew closer to each other and reportedly participated in school activities together.

As seen on the video shared by JLo last October 18, the two won first place in their track and field meet. The mother's voice announcing the win can be heard from the background, showing that they are already bonded even before the Rodriguez-Lopez wedding.
