Joe Giudice and wife Teresa Giudice couldn't hold back their feelings in a tell-all interview post-prison.

For the first time since Joe was released from prison, the stars of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" sat down together for their first joint interview. Before they move past a dark time in their relationship, they appeared at "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" in a special episode to air on Bravo Sunday night.

A preview of the episode was released on Friday, and it got fans titillated.

What's the Status of the Marriage?

Amidst the cheating rumors that have come between them, Andy Cohen asked the couple about the status of their marriage.

Teresa has categorically denied the allegations that she has been intimate with someone else other than her husband. She clarified these rumors through her attorney, although there were photos released showing her holding hands with a guy that is 20 years younger than her.

Rather, Teresa pointed a finger at Joe, saying that she believes he has been unfaithful.

"Do I feel like he has been unfaithful?" she looked at him asking. She further pointed out that he had been photographed with women too but she doesn't think he was being unfaithful. Teresa Giudice denied rumors by saying that he and the guy he was photographed with were just friends.

"That's why you think it was okay?" Joe asked firmly.

Has She Been Unfaithful?

In another clip released by Bravo as a teaser of the show, Cohen asked Joe if he feels that Teresa has been unfaithful to him while he was in prison. Joe clarified the rumors by dismissing the thought.

"No, I don't think she has been unfaithful," Joe said.

On the same clip, Teresa can be seen getting quite emotional. She was caught wiping her tears while saying how happy she was that he was finally free.

Cohen, then commented that the tears didn't look like she was really happy that he is free. The host further emphasized that the couple has been speaking about their relationship as if it were all in the past.

Is the Marriage on the Rocks?

Joe, 49, and Teresa, 47, are parents to four children. They have also been married for 20 years, but they spent the past couple of years apart as Joe began to serve his 41-month prison sentence for bankruptcy fraud in March 2016.

Joe was released from prison last March, but he was left in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement awaiting the ruling for his deportation. Although he has lived in the United States since he was a child, he never obtained legal citizenship in the U.S.

While Teresa stood by her husband amidst everything that happened, she has been very honest that she can't keep a long-distance relationship.

Whether they're trying to work it out despite the cheating rumors or giving up the marriage before the situations get worse, both Teresa and Joe need to think things through.
