Britney Spears has been feeding her 23 million Instagram followers with her fitness updates. This time, however, she gave them something different.

Sure, she shared the same yoga routine that she usually posts on her Instagram page. However, her lucky followers got to see her doing her routine while only wearing a teal bikini!

In the video she posted on Instagram, she was doing some yoga routine with her personal trainer and boyfriend, Sam Asghari. The 37-year-old pop star showed her backbends while Asghari held her up.

The "Baby One More Time" singer shared the video alongside the caption, "Only in LA can you wear a bathing suit in October! It's so beautiful out... and first time to walk on my hands up and downstairs."

She performed more creative poses and heavy-gymnastics routines afterward and demonstrated effortless upside-down poses. A week ago, she shared a similar post to celebrate his first anniversary since she took gymnastics classes.

Healthy Living

The recent video was posted following the plans of the "Toxic" singer to take a ten-year break from the stage.

Spears took the time off to focus on what she wants to do: take care of herself and stay healthy. The singer has been performing since she was eight years old and over the years, she struggled with mental health and family issues -- which led her to be in and out of the court.

Earlier this year, she voluntarily went to a mental health center/wellness center after she felt troubled when her father, Jamie Spears, underwent two major surgeries for his intestines and colon issues. Unable to handle the stress and difficulties, Spears checked herself into a wellness center for 30 days.

The singer reminded her Instagram followers through a post to fall in love with taking care of themselves, including their mind, body and spirit. She completed the reminder by saying, "We all need to take a little time for little 'me time'."

Spears has been facing mental health issues since 2008 and was put under a lifetime conservatorship.

According to a report by TMZ in 2015, the singer went through the worst back in 2007, with her family even fearing that she would die because of her overwhelming feelings.

Spears was brought to a psychologist and was put on psychiatric hold on 2008 until she felt a little bit better through the conservatorship. She was given a "substantial day-to-day" freedom to stabilize her. Since then, Spears continued the program since it helped her a lot.

Recently, Spears reconnected to herself by going to Maui, Hawaii and talked about "healing" at the same time. Her fans are now looking forward to her full recovery soon, even if she needs to take a long, indefinite break.
