The Jonas Brothers have been breaking real estate records in the Los Angeles area with their recently-bought homes -- which are only three miles apart.

Taken together, the Jonas Brothers have spent a whopping $34.1 million for their Los Angeles homes.

According to The Wall Street Journal, musician Nick Jonas and his wife, Indian actress Priyanka Chopra, bought a 20,000-square-foot property worth $20 million. Meanwhile, Nick's brother Joe Jonas and his actress wife Sophie Turner also bought their own home, which is a 15,000-square-foot domain worth $14.1 million.

Nick and Priyanka spent a fortune on their new property, according to people familiar with the deal. It was located in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. It has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, according to a description by the listing brokerage The Agency.

Snaps of the house presented a view of the double-height entry hall with tall, wood-paneled ceilings, recessed lighting, glass-lined staircase and mezzanine overlooking the main living area, a large dining room, and outdoor dining and lounging areas. It also offers a breath-taking view of the surrounding mountains from an outdoor pool.

Joe and Sophie, meanwhile, spent a competitive amount for their Royal Oaks home. Their property boasts 10 bedrooms and 14 bedrooms, a wine cellar, a gym, an office, and a home theater, as per the listing description.

The master suite overlooks an outdoor pool through its large balcony. The house has walnut floors and beamed ceilings, containing both wood and stone materials.

In August, Nick reportedly sold his Beverly Hills Post Office bachelor pad for $6.91 million in preparation of living on a new home with Priyanka. The couple tied the knot in December 2018.

Less than a year after their multicultural wedding, fans are learning more about the marriage life of the two, and they just cannot help but admire the couple even more.

Nick recently spoke to Architectural Digest about his and Priyanka's plan on their home's interior design style.

"We're very excited to set up our home together and take those risks, try different things," the "Midway" star shared. "We'll take our time to get that right because there's certainly no rush."

In a September interview with Vogue India, Priyanka shared her sentiments on her new family.

"Buying a home and having a baby are on my to-do list," she said (via India Today). "For me, home is wherever I'm happy, as long as I have the people I love around me."
