Kristen Stewart might seem like a jerk sometimes during interviews, but there is a reason for that.

For Stewart, she is not too keen to talk about something she really cares about to someone who does not actually care.

Sean Evans had Stewart on as a guest in one episode of Hot Ones -- a show where Sean and a celebrity sit down answering relatively unknown questions to the general public while they eat increasingly spicier chicken wings.

During the interview Sean referenced his other guest on the show, Micheal Cera, and his point of how he might seem like a jerk just because he does not match the enthusiastic and happy energy of people he is talking to.

Stewart also has a quote that is seen in a similar light to Cera's.

"People have to try to understand that that it's very weird for me to talk to people I don't know about something I care about so much," Stewart explained.

Stewart said that people expect her to be candid and in the moment when people who interview her seem to be the opposite of what is expected of her.

The 29-year-old actress said that she only wants to be honest about the things she cares about, so when people do not reciprocate that, she feels she does not owe that person anything to be extra enthusiastic.

People might also take the wrong impression of her, as Stewart speaks in a way that is frank and unafraid with plenty of swearing. As someone who has achieved stardom at the age of 18, she feels like fame is not actually something valuable compared to the experiences she gained from working on films.

"I've tried to say this before, and I don't think I've ever articulated it properly... but people get mad at you because you're in such a grand position, so if you don't hold that up, you don't deserve it," Kristen added.

"I never valued the fame thing as much as I valued the experiences I got to do while working, and it perplexed me so much... Some people were like, 'you ungrateful asshole!' and I was like, ' Yeah, completely, I don't want to be famous, I want to do my work!'"

Stewart's frank and uncompromising attitude to something she cares about is very admirable, as she refused to work with Marvel -- a multibillion dollar company known for its success on superhero movies.

Kristen, apparently, was told that she could land a role in Marvel if only she hides her sexuality. She said that she does not label her sexuality and would not want to work with people who would not give her a role just because of it.

Kristen Stewart is also someone who would much rather enjoy life than be protective and fake. She even stopped using social media just because she wants to spend more time doing things she loves.
