Jason Momoa surely leads the line of Hollywood actors and actresses who shows no mercy to people who do not care for the environment.

The "Aquaman" star is truly a nature lover. He has a degree in Marine Biology at Des Moines Area Community College before deciding to continue studying Wildlife Biology -- though he was not able to finish it.

His educational background pushed him more to speak for the environment, and it did not surprise people when he recently called out an "Avengers" star for doing something "foul."

Chris Pratt posted an update on his Instagram page to promote his Amazon storefront while flaunting his famous workouts. The Star-Lord actor just did his job and did not know that the supposed prop could trigger environmental activists like Momoa.

"Bro I love u but wtf on the water bottle. No single-use plastic. Come on," the 40-year-old commented on the post.

Instead of taking it too personally, Pratt saw eye-to-eye and agreed on Momoa's comment. He revealed that he also engages in environment-related activities by carrying a reusable water container all the time.

The "Guardians of the Galaxy" actor added that he did not have any idea what to do with his hands during the photoshoot, so a random crew member threw the bottle to him to make the photographs look less awkward.

"I don't want your home of Atlantis covered in plastic. Hear that kids? Reduce. Reuse. Recycle," Pratt stated before leaving a reminder for all their fans about the waste hierarchy.

It's Not Too Late to Say Sorry

Momoa, a United Nations Advocate on Oceans, reflected on his comment and immediately apologized to Pratt.

Momoa took to his Instagram account and posted an apology statement for Pratt for raising his environmental concerns that way. As a fan of the MCU movies, he added that the whole family loves Pratt so much.

The Aquaman actor also clarified that his passion for the single-use plastic epidemic caused him to abruptly share his concern on Pratt's photo.

"The plastic water bottles have to stop [so] I hope u make a reusable water bottle for amazon so we all can purchase," Momoa added.

"Aquaman" Protects The World

Before he even became an actor, Momoa has joined causes to highlight the worsening problem of the world in the environment due to climate change. Now that he is one of the most popular actors in the globe, he remains to be the same Momoa who campaigns to bring environmental changes.

In the name of environmental awareness, he shaved off his iconic beard once and shared the momentous event on YouTube.

Momoa also joined activists in Hawaii in Aug. 2019 to stand against the proposed construction of the vexed "Thirty Meter Telescope." He even took the time to joke around, telling everyone that Aquaman 2 will be canceled once he got hit by a bulldozer since he planned to stop them in building something destructive on his native land.
