'Evil Hal' is ready to make his public appearance in this week's "Be Silent and Come Out."

Falling Skies Hal (Drew Roy) appears to have given into the alien control and is no longer fighting the bug implanted in his brain. Instead he will take his father hostage in an effort to discover the true purpose of the Volm's new weapon and disclose the new info to the Espheni. Promos show that Hal may finally be freed form the alien probe by episodes end.

"It's the biggest storyline they've written for me in the three seasons, so I felt quite honored that it was as awesome and intricate as it was, especially with it being on the back end of this three episode arc of this evil Hal character," Roy said of his characters development, according to Access Hollywood.

However, 'Evil Hal's' crazy factor has to be turned up to 11 in a considerably short amount of time. The beginning of the season saw Hal attempting to fight the urges to betray the 2nd Mass but following his mirror confrontation with his evil side, Hal seems to have given over completely.

"Now, he's just turned on a dime and feels like everything's fine because he's been, I guess you could say, taken over by Karen," Roy told Access Hollywood. "I think he was planning on having some more time and has to make some rash decisions and finds himself in some pretty tricky situations - with a hostage, who happens to be his dad."

Even if Lourdes (Seychelle Gabriel) manages to cure Hal, his open show of alien control will probably cast a shadow over his credibility for the rest of the season.
