Jason Hoppy celebrated the 4th of July with the most important woman in his life: his daughter, Bryn.

The 41-year-old pharmaceutical sales exec was spotted enjoying a meal with the tot, 3, at Candy Kitchen in Ocean City, Maryland.

"They were really gracious and down to earth," one onlooker told EnStars, adding that Hoppy's estranged wife Bethenny Frankel wasn't there.

Despite facing a nasty custody battle with Frankel, Hoppy was still wearing his wedding ring and didn't appear to let his emotions show.

"He seems very happy and was very nice," another source told EnStars. "He was really accommodating to Bryn and was a great father to her."

He even let Bryn order a tasty dessert after their meal. The father-daughter duo indulged in the Very Berry Cheesecake, the source revealed.

In court, Hoppy and Frankel have been locked in a custody battle for several weeks now and have both requested primary custody of their daughter.

The couple married in 2010 while Frankel was pregnant with Bryn. Their wedding, and planning leading up to it, was aired on the Bravo spin-off series Bethenny Getting Married. Frankel filed for divorce in January 2013.

The couple, who called off their nearly two-and-half year marriage in Janaury, continue to cohabitate in their 3,400-square-foot Tribeca loft.

The pair came to blows earlier this month when Frankel tried to film her talk show at their loft. The reality star was filming scenes for Bethenny in their shared $5 million New York City condo when Hoppy tried to shut down production.
